Wow, that site sure scared me, too, Bob! There's an awful lot in it to absorb in one sitting or reading. Will have to go back again and agin to refresh my memory about a lot of things - but secretly (or not so secretly) I do believe in much of what is printed. The worst thing is the video - doggone scarey! How could ANY of us NOT believe or remember those tragedies that happened in the past, what is going on today, and still give those who caused those terrorist attacks - a pass! But, hey, fter all, we DON'T want to offend anyone at all or ever now, do we? Sometimes I think the American citizen is his own worst enemy! This 'Roman empire' is imploding and many of us don't seem to care - and won't - until it's too late! Glad you're aboard, BBQ! Hattie!

| A small part of what was written in that link: "...complacent and apathetic voters have made their ill-conceived choice in this last election. Putting national security aside, they instead chose the Marxist candidate…."
What pretentious nonsense. The writer must be an extreme far right wing conservative still in shock because the Democrats won the election by a landslide.

Art It would be nice if you had posted some facts to support your accusations! At least the article used facts to support their conclusions.

| Hello, Jack. I guess we can continue our differences of opinion over here now.
My post above is an opinion. And as I said, I think the quote I posted is nothing but claptrap, pretentious nonsense. Calling Obama a Marxist is unconscionable and unscrupulous. It negates his entire article and, at least to me, shows exactly why the Republicans lost this election as badly as they did. Continuous, vicious attacks on Obama did nothing to help McCain; rather, it probably assisted in his defeat.

Art Sorry it took me so long to respond, but I couldn't stop laughing after I read that! You really, really don't know anything about BO, do you?

| Jack, I'm sure you know more about Obama than almost anyone else. Fortunately, I think your opinion of him is probably shared by relatively few others. The election has come and gone, the voters have spoken. They have elected Obama.
If McCain had won the election I would support him as president and hope he would be able to turn our country in the right direction. Why not try supporting President-Elect Obama? If he fails to perform competently then he's open to criticism and that would be fair.

Art Art, no I don't know more about Obama than everyone else, but I sure seem to know more about him than you. I'm very aware of Obama's past associations and who his advisers are now. I'm also aware of where a lot of his funding came from. I should have said the contributors the Obama campaign revealed, but we can only guess about the ones he refuses to identify! I'm also aware of what he has said in past interviews when he ran for the senate and if he intends on doing what he has in the past said he wanted to do, no, I will not support the socialization of this country! You may choose to ignore all of the failures of socialism, but I can't! The Europeans socialized and they haven't had an increase in jobs in 50 years, while this country under capitalism has had massive job increases. I'll support Obama the same way you supported Bush.

| Bush has a track record of utter dismal failure. During the campaign he was conspicuous by his absence on the campaign trail for McCain. None of his Republican cohorts running for re-election wanted anything to do with him. I'm just one of millions who are completely disappointed in the way Bush executed his office. Obama is going to have one heck of a time righting the ship.
Obama's alleged associations were vetted by his critics and the media. The majority of voters obviously dismissed the accusations as inconsequential. While you may continue to attack Obama for these things, once again may I remind you that the election is over and I hope we can all move forward.
