I am getting so tired of troubleshooting Windows 8.1. Every few days this OS drops some feature that I expect to work. Now I can't open any freaking apps! I just get a black page and then it reverts to the RT screen.

I just did a scan to try and pinpoint a Run Dll error message w/no success. I've never encountered a system so full of viruses and corrupted files. The other day I clicked on photos and all my Skydrive folders were locked. I had to search out a cure and then delete all my folders and restore em before I could access my folders!

What's going on???
