Nephew
was fine last Sat. Sun. morning could not breathe.
Ambulance called, Pneumonia. Afib, induce coma, meds to clear lungs, Teus. they said had worked, MRI to confirm.

Lungs improved.

Blood Clot Brain, Stroke said do not know when! what to do they ask? his stepfather says call ambulance hes leaving, went to bigger hospital.

Teus. night opened head removed clot. Thurs. brought out of Coma. pulled breathing tube. since had to remove clot in leg, feeding tube into nose, and cannot make sounds yet.

Only excitement that happened here is apt flooded out . . wall behind toilet sprung a leak ( aka geyser) . They don't know where the source is for now. Tomorrow bringing in the big guns to view it via scope. Meanwhile, no water in 12 apts; everyone got to fill up their bathtub for fresh water--Earthquake mode. ( My toilet got taken out so it'll be camp toilet tonight Embarassed

My Papa-San's hot water tank blew a gasket and gushed out a lot of water - he had to replace his tank $1,100! He said the tank was 16 yrs old and it was supposed to last for 20 yrs?! He has to find his home owner's insurance policy on that . . . I'm thinking he might as well forget it.

I'm thinking he miss Remembered. 6 is a long time for a tank, if you have that rod replaced can pay to extend.

Right now they're Jack-hammering through my bedroom floor and everything is in chaos; I'm parked in Ka'at's bedroom ( close quarters) .

Yeah, the Plumber said the network was screwed up, and whoever "fixed" it didn't!

I can't get to the laptop to update ...things moved faster than I expected....right now. As soon as the mud has settled, and they've gone off to lunch ( if they take lunch) , I'll update.

my flipper was having issues, on Verz service. Put my spare on for temp, on at&t been down as low as 1 bar @ times but is 3g, does that matter for talk & text?

That is one of the reasons we still have landline! Besides that it is , I think, law that it must be maintained for those that are disabled. When cell towers go down or are few and far between it doesn't help in an emergency. . especially if the electricity goes out and you don't have a blasted charger! Just why S.F. chose to go totally wireless is beyond me. :headbang:

I lost my flipper and because I had voicemail it couldn't be located?! Hence, my next cellphone I had voicemail disabled and TracFone is constantly trying to set it up! Rolling Eyes
