You folks certainly don't disappoint. I fully expected to see a post carping about Obama's use of a teleprompter for 10 minutes of his news conference. Of course the fact that he used no notes for 50 minutes is ignored. All of this groping for criticism is quite childish.

For example, during one of President-Elect Barack Obama's press conferences when he announced his foreign policy team he said "uh" or a version thereof 192 times within a fifteen minute time span.

You libs didn't hesitate to call Bush dumb and implied that Palin was also of lower intellect. Well I can tell you that BO without his TelePrompTer makes Bush look good and makes Palin look like genius.

Of course Obama used a teleprompter for his initial public statement. And he uses a teleprompter whenever it's applicable. So what?

It's become very boring to read all the attacks on Obama from the right. If Republicans would only take the time to look at the mess their own administration caused over the last 8 years maybe they wouldn't be so quick to criticize now.

If you live somewhere on the coastline and stand tippeetoe on both feet while looking over the waters, is there anything you can see like an island, or lighthouse, or even a boat? And if you CAN ACTUALLY SEE SOMETHING and then mention it to someone, like a news reporter, about what's out there BECAUSE YOU SAW IT, then I would also call YOU a screwball because you MENTIONED IT to someone during a conversation! Even in this humble forum most posts are from the right, digging up every piece of nonsense they can about Obama and Democrats. I can't watch Fox Noise because it's so far to the right it's no longer a place for news but rather a place for taking pot shots at Democrats. We take this B.S. every day from conservatives.

As for Bush, he earned every bit of criticism he got. Toward the end of his failed presidency even many Republicans shunned him, did not want him campaigning for them. Since he left office no one has heard a peep out of him. He was a disgrace, no doubt one of the worst presidents in history.

A) Then why WHY do you watch Fox News? Just click on to MSN News where Olbermann and Cris Mathews have legs that tingle every time they see or listen to Obaama speak? Or..... if MSN is not your cup of tea, try ABC,, NBC, WABC, CNN - they usually kiss up to Obama - no matter what he does or says!

I find it strange that most republican senators voice much greater respect for Obama than some of these posts do, or is it that what they say is not to be believed?

In early March it was widely noted by conservatives, especially commentators, that the stock market dropped every time Obama or Geithner spoke. They have been doing even more speaking recently and the market has risen about 1500 points, or 20%, in the past three weeks. To whom would you attach the blame? As a matter of fact Geithner has aquitted himself very well. All of us amateur economists and that includes about 525 of the 535 members of congress express opinions based on our idealogy when we don't know crap about what is really going to happen regardless of what is done in this unequaled economic mess.
