I was creating a mess in da kitchen; I'm outta eggs so decided to try a trick using Baking Soda and White Vinegar for pancakes. A total failure unless I was doing it wrong. However, I wasn't using normal pancake mix. I have a lot of Generic Brand Oat Cereal that came in a Care pkg, and I don't eat the stuff, but decided to see if I could turn it into Oat Flour using a blender. It worked! Not Oatmeal but a generic Cheerios. I've tried making pancakes with just the Oat Flour, 1 Egg, some 1% Milk and some water...it was pretty good. Brown Sugar Simple Syrup with Molasses since I didn't have any Regular syrup that I burned. It turned into burned caramels. Very Bitter and sticky. rofl
