Attribute for <MARQUEE> For MSNTV2,IE,Firefox
DIRECTION = LEFT|RIGHT|ALTERNATE|UP|DOWN
DIRECTION indicates which direction the marquee scrolls.
DIRECTION=LEFT, which is the default, indicates that the marquee starts at the right and moves leftwards across the page.
DIRECTION=RIGHT indicates that the marquee starts at the left and moves rightwards across the page.
DIRECTION=UP indicates that the marquee starts at the bottom and moves upwards on the page.
DIRECTION=DOWN indicates that the marquee starts at the top and moves downwards on the page.

| Let's see if this not only goes diagonaly in both directions but bounces up and down.
