That's what I'm telling you. With both of us trying together, we could not remove it, or budge it at all.
That's why we are trying to find something to stop the leaking on the outside of the sink strainers under the sink.

We put the sink back together. With some teflon tape, it now seems to be fixed. Hope it stays that way.

Yeah, figured it might be so . . .something besides Pollen; an animal has been scrambling up Ka'at's bedroom winder bars for the last several nights , and been thrashing about behind my winder, too. SIL worked today and said she only got an hour in. Mostly because everybody stayed. My sister said do I think it's possible they are trying to get us to quit because we are older. I said I think that might be the case with me, but they don't usually call my SIL off much.

I think they would make it pretty obvious if they didn't want you at all; how many housekeepers do they have that have been there longer than you or as long as you? How many new ones are still there since last year?

What I'm saying is . . they rather have someone than no one cleaning the rooms; it costs time and money to train --- and the housekeepers have to get it right! Right?!

You aren't there for the Joy of it ! You're there because you need the added income, and they need someone on call to clean their rooms when a housekeeper is off and/or sick.

Maintenance, Front Desk, and Big Boss would have to pinch in if they had a shortage of housekeepers ..... ( unless they hire Merry Maids , in a pinch)

That's sweet. They have actually hired too many housekeepers lately. And two of them only work the weekends. I have been called off every Saturday since then.
