Talked to the social worker and a nurse today. Both sound more encouraging today. He is eating a little, not perfectly, but some. And he is not in immediate danger. The hospital is still in lockdown. They would let me know if we can/ and/or need to visit.

I'm glad he has decided to eat and gain his strength back. The children should know that he's in the Hospital; even though they can't visit because of the lockdown they might as well know he has reached that point in life. Despite their differences between them....
